Eldercare
Many working people find themselves caring for and assisting their adult loved ones –spouses, friends, parents, and other family members. Many of these employees are also raising young children. The purpose of VBI’s Eldercare Program is to assist employees balance their work and personal responsibilities. VBI will provide employees with useful information regarding their choices as a caregiver along with many helpful resources to make life easier.
